I do not drink enough water. Does anyone? Water is so plain, boring and un rewarding. One of my goals with the 31 days of blogging is to activate some kind of health change. So once a week I'll write about one change that I (or you!) can make.
Every morning drink a glass of water, warm water is a bit easier to stomach for some first thing in the morning. Adding lemon and possibly some honey can add some zing. Drinking a glass of water first thing in the morning will help up your daily hydration levels.
