Couch to 10 K - Again


After some summer injuries and age (yup getting old sucks!) I'm back into the Couch to 10K running program.

On the advise of my chiropractor I started back at the beginning again, having done the program before he suggested starting at the beginning would be an easy way to gauge progress and any pain I may encounter.

I am 2 weeks in, having no specific problems other than I feel horribly out of shape. I remember when a 10K run was the norm. Not anymore!
