This is the cause of all his grief and angst! This rather terrifying play ball has been sitting by his gateway for three days, he has to walk by it twice a day to get into and out of the pasture, and I figure eventually he'll have to get over his fear?

OOOOOO - scarey stuff! My old Smokey used to have the same reaction with a piece of paper in the bushes. Nearly dumped me many times!
