I have two new gear shifts on auction! I have a swirled
blue on on ebay. It has a deep ocean feel, hence the name "Oceans 11". The "Spiral Stone" gear shift is on The Annealer auction site, it has a very earthy feel to it. I love the view from the top if it with the spiraled pattern!
I have a earring pair on special! A fun bright green with mauve flowers. These are a perfect match, small holes (1mm) mean no wigging on your mandrels! They are 6.00 and 4.25 shipping!
Here is a picture of the pieces I made in my class last weekend! I love them all! the earrings are super comfy, I'll be making more of these! The ring is a soft square band so it's really comfy as well. I loved the class and would definetly recommend Cynthia to anyone wanting to learn silversmithing. Janine has some great class pictures, check out her blog!
Having a great time here in Toronto. We came out early to do some shopping and sight seeing. I love the Distillery, lots of very cool shops and galleries there. Saw some real live Chihuly's, very exciting for me. This set is ending tomorrow on ebay.
I just love the "old earth" fell this bead has. Some thing that could have been unearthed from a time way gone by! It's up on ebay!

I have been working away on perfect pairs for earrings again. I realy do enjoy making them. I am off to Toronto saterday for a week. I'll be going to the Oasis show sunday! Thurs - Sat I am taking a class with Amy Johnson! I am super excited about this class. It's a silversmithing/glass class! Janine is coming too!
Sheesh what is up with the weather? It's very dark here today and more snow is predicted! I have been playing with Kronos from Double Helix. It's a glass with alot of silver in it. The blue in this set is Kronos.
I have been creating tiny works of art in glass since 2003, in my home studio in Victoria BC Canada. Working mainly in soft glass I love the colors and reactions they provide. I draw a lot of my inspiration from the Canadian wilderness and the lovely gardens in my area. Victoria is known as the “Garden City”. My personal love for animals and wildlife provide me with a constant source for artistic vision. My other passion is horses we own, breed and train! Between the two passions I am always busy! I am happy to do color requests if you have an idea you are dying to see transfer into glass, but can’t promise it’ll be exactly as your mind had it envisioned! Glass sometimes has a mind of it’s own.
I am a member of the ISGB and Pacific Pyros. I am a self representing artist which means all the beads you see are handmade, one by one, by me! They all go directly from the torch to the kiln, making for consistent crack free beads.
